Next, either telephone us toll free (weekdays between 10 am and 6 pm pacific standard time) at 1-888-666-5399 OR register with PAYPAL.COM and use a credit card. After registering, select "send money" and when asked for the recipient, enter delamare@teleport.com. Be sure to include correct shipping address, order description, and shipping charges (see order form below.)

Then, send completed form or note along with check or money order made to Bad Monkey Productions (address below). Please note that checks over $50 may take one week to clear.
